Brief description of the model

  • 2 industrial robots with their own supply power, 2 conveyors, 1 rotary table, SLC, 12V or 24V power source
  • industrial robots have 5 degrees of freedom, which are controlled by 6 stepper motors
  • robots have 3 digital sensors:
    • optical sensor of grab
    • pressure sensor
    • optical sensor of initial position control
  • each conveyor is driven by stepper motor
  • conveyors are equipped with optical bars
  • rotary table has 8 predefined product reservoirs, is driven by stepper motor and reservoirs' positions are controlled by laser sensor
