Course aim

The aim of this course is to teach students to apply management resources based on multidimensional databases and Internet technologies in the design, application and practical use of information systems related to strategic, economic and technical management. The course is part of an extended curriculum. In addition to integrating skills related to distributed control systems, relational database systems, computer networks, expert systems, control theory and economics, this methodology enables managers at all levels of management to obtain information, together with the required aggregation and abstraction, from the information systems. The obtained information is automatically presented in form of reports, statistics and predictions.
