Course aim

The aim of the course is to teach students to independently design and develop practical applications for the complex management of production and business organizations, which perform the management at a variety of levels: economics and accounting, marketing, quality management, business, operational and strategic management with potential direct ties to production management systems. The individual components of the proposed methodology are consecutively covered and logical links between different management components are proposed together with the specification of corresponding hardware with an emphasis on the links between the entities. In the final phase, students design and implement a practical solution using hardware and software tools that are available within the model workplace of DCS at the DCAI.
